What’s happening, what’s going on you beautiful little nuggets of human internet using goodness?! It was a wonderful week with a few, let’s call them revelations, that I really knew of, but sometime shit needs a while in my head to form clearer and clearer so I can actually use it or act on it. Are we at that point?! We will see, won’t we. Let’s get into this week.

Anything else this week...
I finished Rebels which was a blast and so much more my vibe than Clone Wars for example. And if you are planning on watching Ahsoka (which we will get to right away) I can only recommend getting into Rebels. If I am not mistaken Ahsokas Story starts in Clone Wars and she I remember feeling the character was one of the most annoying ones in a Series that I did not get to vibe with anyway, but over time and checking in the more the Series progressed it cooler it all got. I do not thing you need to watch Clone Wars or Rebels to enjoy Ahsoka, but Rebels, as it also is kinda short, and easy to watch in between, can give some good background story that just enriched the whole experience.
So we also started watching Ahsoka and unfortunately there is only two Episodes out so far, but it really starts great. I am very excited to see how the story plays out.
The other Series we continued this week is Season 3 of Only Murders in the Building. Loved the previous two seasons and this one does not seem to disappoint either.
And a little Highlight was that we finally watched The Youtube Effect by Alex Winter. I was looking forward to it for a while and it did not disappoint. It’s nothing super surprising or anything, if you have been paying attention, but well put together and not a fluff piece either. Still, I think it could have gone a bit harder for people who are not as aware in the day to day I think, but worth watching and even more worth showing others. You might have a an uncle or two who might wanna tune it…
The highlight of the weeks has to be my Shoot with the wonderful Domini though on Tuesday. After lasts years Shooting Trip to Berlin I was so hyped and wanted to get back into shooting a lot more again and somehow that plan fizzled and this one with Domini was the first one since, which is a shame it took so long, but also finally had the possibility to get into it again. Which is hopefully also a good catalyst to keep at it more frequently. Luckily it also fits well into my other plans, so lets get to it then. I’ll post a lot more as we go the coming weeks.
Also started something completely new in Pottery Class, haven’t made a plate or bigger thing so far and thought it would be nice having a bigger serving plate you could put a whole dish on etc. etc. and I think we are on a good course. Obviously I will not be throwing it, as that requires a lot of skill, but luckily there is also the way of using a form to press a clay slab into and start a piece that way. It will be quite a big one, never seen using that much clay for something yet, but it is exciting. Right now as the piece is drying a bit I am pondering design ideas for the inside. I do not wanna leave it just a blank smooth area. A couple ideas have come up and I am really excited to get working it again. There will be a bit of shrinkage and I cannot remember how much exactly, with loosing the moisture quite a bit, the weight should not be totally over the top.
