THE WEAKLY 049
The Weakly number forty nine.
Welcome friends, foes and people with ugly toes.
Well, I was not going to mention it yet without having anything prepared, but we went from the cold, grey, moist days of Cologne to the very warm, sunny and slightly moist day in Bangkok. Just had a nice breakfast while enjoying the sun rise and waiting for our Room to get ready while I write this.
It is quite funny and a thing I mentioned before in regards to planning content and all that and not following through with the proper planning and then ending up not having anything ( so much easier when I am not the client). The same happened this time, as I wanted to make litte Whats in my Travelbag / EDC Video and Post. Still might do it here, but the really interesting part is, for me at least, how much trouble I had trying to slim everything down and not bringing a ton, still having a fully stuffed backpack though and not even everything in there that I wanted. Either my packing game has gone downhill from the days where I travelled a lot more or I am not as well prepared in terms of packing for a less professional setting. I am just so used to bringing one of my Backpacks and my trusty Pelicase everywhere. I will certainly rethink the whole thing, also I might do a smaller version of the Post and Video that I was thinking about and show you the chaos.
This week’s Photo Post goes back to another thing I mention ed a few weeks back and hey, it is a start.
We did watch this weeks Slow Horses Eposide, but I’m afraid that is it. Just a weird week and travel and all that. Let’s see what time for stuff like this we have while here.
Pottery is on hiatus till the first week of January.
And really not much else has happened this week in my life. One of the slowest weeks I think so far considering everything. Man am I excited about what’s to come next year. Impatient me hates that it all takes so long, but some things do and me being is part of that as well.
I sold a bunch of pieces this year, not a crazy amount, but more than the year before, which I am very grateful for, I have more clarity about where this shift can and should go and you know… having and/or finding perspective is a good feeling.
We will always need to adjust either way.
And last but not least a huge shoutout to my friend Dominik, who you normally always find down in the weeknotes link section, and the person who initiated this weekly recap thing in our friend group. Glad we started this. Also very shamelesly glad he holds our fort down as he has lots of stuff going on in Cologne while we are here. On the one hand, bad timing, great on the other.
