Welcome friends, foes and people with ugly toes.
It is time for some SUNSHIIIIINE and warm weather if you ask me. Hope everyone is doing well, whatever your situation is. You can see I feel like trying to be considered in my choice of words in these continuously troubling times. Anyway. Nothing crazy exciting happened this week in terms of work or anything, but I finally started working on my Youtube Channel again.. filmed a little something as a test to find out it was not what I was looking for and I guess I will get my slow ass creative butt going faster and faster now. I’ll put the Video down below somewhere later.
Photo post was a Bangkok one this week again. Man oh my do I miss Bangkok right now. If air travel wasn’t such an annoying hassle and all that. Ah well. If you haven’t checked it out, I hope you do and enjoy.
In my effort to read more books and watch more movies very clearly my Podcast, Youtube and Twitch consumption has gone down for sure. Which isn’t all that bad honestly.

It does not happen often, but it does. I normally do not give a star rating for my movie logging on Letterboxd or anything like that anywhere for that matter anymore. I haven’t in years. I do, on Letterboxd only though, like movies I watch, which I would watch again in one situation or the other. Very very seldomly do I not even leave a like, but this week we had another candidate. Jolt. With the ever so wonderful Kate Beckinsale, this was just not for me. It failed in every way and importantly in its self ironic premise. Ah well. I started this week with a beautiful small Doc about a British Artists called Tomorrow is Saturday. And even though I want to mostly watch stuff in the week that haven’t watched before, but I had to revisit Wind River. I just really really like this dark dark movie a lot. Great cast, important and dark story, beautifully hot and such an amazing mood throughout. Last but not least I finally watched Kodachrome. A movie I had on my watchlist for ages. And with the passing of my parents and all that I kinda never felt in the right mood or state of mind. Good film, a bit cheezy of course, but you know.
Luckily True Detective keeps on going hard. On the Roam is still inspiring and beautiful and Dinnertime with David Chang was a good fun stream again this week, which I even caught live this time. Oh and I nearly forgot, yesterday evening we did start and nearly finish the new Mr. and Mrs. Smith Show on Prime. A clear recommendation, but it is very clearly a Donald Glover show. Creatively. Writing style and all. With two more Episodes to go I wouldn’t have been mad about a bit more action to be honest.
I also finished Project Hail Mary. And man was it a blast. I guess me listening through it completely this week speaks for itself. Get it, read it, listen to it!
I did miss pottery class this week as I felt a bit under the weather. More coming next week.

“I filmed a little test for an idea I had for a Channel Intro for YT today... just to realize thats not it. Wanna obviously go a lot more into photography in all variations etc., but also creativity in general and the creative process. This is a bit too analog photography focused, right?! Also don't mind the edit, not really tight enough etc, but ok for getting a feel for it. I want(ed) something like that, a bit "montage-y" etc., I might have to dig a bit deeper though.”

Also I am slowly getting back into Death Stranding. Hideo Kojimas lastest Epic. I had started it twice, had to take a break for different reasons and found it kinda hard to get back into it. I feel the learning curve to feel comfortable is kinda steep in the beginning, but I am at it again, even though in small doses, but with Death Stranding 2 on the horizon and a Show in works, I feel a lot more motivated.
